The Texas Refinery warranty is based on results from performing routine lab analysis. The tests will show any wear metals and other contaminants in the oil in parts per million. The engine, transmission, gearbox, compressor or any other component is compared to an extensive data base. The lab will make the necessary recommendations.

The Texas Refinery TRAPP Laboratory Oil Analysis Program is designed to allow TRC Customers to enjoy the important benefits of a complete predictive/proactive maintenance program. Customers submit used oil samples at predetermined intervals for analysis by independent TRAPP Laboratory Oil Analysis technicians. Comprehensive reports document fluid cleanliness and wear particle trends and can provide early warning of equipment failure.
